Ndulela Canca

Ndulela Canca has extensive work experience in the automotive industry, primarily with Volkswagen Group South Africa. They held various roles within the company, including Head of Strategy, Head of Product Strategy, and Head of Product Management. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager Purchasing at Volkswagen of South Africa. They also served as a Supplier development and B-BBEE specialist at Volkswagen South Africa, where they were responsible for compliance strategies and conducting strategic discussions with suppliers. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Product Engineering Supervisor at Volkswagen Group South Africa and as a Projekt Leiter at VWAG - KES. They began their career at Volkswagen South Africa as a Supervisor in Trim Development. Ndulela's professional experience spans across strategy, product management, purchasing, and supplier development.

Ndulela Canca studied Polymer Technology at Port Elizabeth Technikon from 2000 to 2004. In 2017, they completed a Senior Management Development Program at Stellenbosch Business School. In 2018, they completed a Human Resources short course at the same institution. Currently, Ndulela is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Strategic Management at Varsity College from 2019 to 2022.
