Anna Zer

Anna Zer currently serves as Director of M&A and Venture Investments at Volkswagen Group since April 2024. Prior to this role, Anna held multiple positions at SEB from March 2011 to March 2024, culminating in the title of Vice President and Head of CF Warsaw, specializing in cross-border M&A and ECM transactions between Germany and the Nordics with an emphasis on energy transition and sustainability. Anna's experience also includes roles as Associate Corporate Finance and Analyst at Financial Strategy, as well as involvement in client relationship management and corporate finance functions during an extensive internship program. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and a Bachelor of Science in International Finance from Dundee Business School.
