Sean Flater

Sean Flater is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Regional CTO - Director of Technology & Architecture at Volkswagen Group, Sean has previously held positions including Chief Enterprise Architect at Delphi and multiple executive roles at Volkswagen of America, Inc., where responsibilities included Chief Technology Officer and General Manager of IT. Additionally, Sean contributed as a Principal Consultant at Netscape Communications and an Internet Consultant at Electronic Data Systems. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, obtained between 1982 and 1987.
