Salih Özkara

Salih AlSubai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, and standardization in the IT and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as General Manager of Technology Strategy & Architecture at stc, Salih leads the company’s technology architecture efforts across various domains. Salih has also held key leadership roles in digital enablement and has been instrumental in advancing digital platforms and services. In addition, Salih is a member of the Saudi delegation to the International Organization for Standardization, contributing to the establishment of frameworks for artificial intelligence and information technology standards in Saudi Arabia. Previous roles include senior executive positions at Mobily, where Salih directed multiple IT and digital development initiatives. Salih's educational background includes several executive education programs and advanced degrees in information systems and computer science.
