Alex de Jesús

Alex de Jesús has extensive experience in the IT industry, with a focus on technology resource management, project management, and system administration. Alex has held significant roles in various companies, including Volotea, where they spearheaded the creation of an IT team and designed and implemented the company's technological backbone. Alex has also served as the Chief Technology Officer at Privalia Group, overseeing IT operations and resource management. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of IT at Vueling Airlines, managing IT operations and leading a team of over 50 members. Alex has also held positions at BCD Travel, Deloitte, Monster, Banco La Caixa, and Website SL, where they gained expertise in areas such as web development, digital business strategy, and e-commerce consulting.

Alex de Jesús has a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Escola Universitaria Politecnica de Mataro (Tecnocampus), which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Alex then pursued a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from UPC - ETSETB TelecomBCN, completing from 1999 to 2004. Alex also completed a Postgraduate Degree in Digital Business from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2003-2004, and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and Management from IESE Business School in 2009.
