John McGrail

John McGrail has a diverse range of work experience in the software industry. John began their career as a Software Engineer at AOI Systems in 1990 and continued to work in various roles and companies since then.

From 1992 to 1997, McGrail worked at Prolifics, a JYACC Company, where they served as a Software QA Engineer and QA Manager. John then joined Cisco Systems / American Internet as a Senior Software QA Engineer from 1998 to 2000.

In 2000, McGrail moved to Gold Wire Technology as a Senior Software QA Engineer and stayed until 2004. John then joined Symantec / Pedestal Software where they served as a Senior Software QA Engineer from 2004 to 2009.

From 2011 to 2013, McGrail worked at e-Dialog as a Senior Test Automation Framework Engineer. John then joined Verizon as a Principle QA Automation Engineer from 2013 to 2015.

In 2015, McGrail joined erecruit as a Sr QA Automation Engineer and worked there until 2016. John then moved to NuoDB, where they served as a Software Engineer in Test from 2016 to 2019.

Currently, since 2019, McGrail is working at VoltDB, Inc. as a Software Engineer in Test.

Throughout their career, McGrail has gained a wealth of experience in various roles, including software engineering, test automation, and quality assurance.

John McGrail attended Northeastern University from 1985 to 1990, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science.
