Matthew Rickard has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Matthew started their career as a Bartender at The Ufford Crown, where they gained valuable customer service and teamwork skills. Matthew then worked as a Peer Assisted Learning Leader at the University of the West of England, mentoring younger students and providing academic and emotional support.

After that, Matthew worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Tesco, where they interacted with customers, processed transactions, and achieved set targets to maximize profits. Matthew also had part-time customer service roles at The Waiting Game Ltd., where they provided hospitality services for VIP guests and worked in restaurants, private functions, and festivals.

Matthew then interned at Maitland/AMO, where they collected and analyzed media data and conducted research for clients. Matthew also worked in various roles at Adyen, starting as a Sales Development Representative and playing a pivotal role in developing the UK SDR function. Matthew later became an Outbound Business Development Representative, focusing on building partner relationships to aid direct sales conversations. Currently, Matthew is working as a Partnership Manager at Codat, where they are responsible for managing partnerships. Matthew previously held the same role at Volt.io. Matthew Rickard attended Tanglin Trust School from 2009 to 2018. Matthew then pursued a degree in Politics and International Relations at the University of the West of England from 2016 to 2019.
