Mona Galloway

Mona Galloway has extensive experience in workforce solutions, beginning a successful career at Volt Workforce Solutions in August 1992. Ascending through various roles, Mona currently serves as Manager of Client Support Services/Compliance since November 2013, following positions as Area Manager for Employee Relations & Operations and Regional Operations Manager. Initiating the career at Volt as a Regional Staffing Specialist, significant achievements include leading the Plano location to become the top servicing site in the U.S. Prior to Volt, Mona held the position of Director of Student Services at MTA Schools, where responsibilities involved assisting students with job placements and financial aid, and served as Branch Manager at Monarch Temporary Services with duties in recruitment and employee management.
