Vanessa Desbiens

Vanessa Desbiens is an accomplished Senior Concept Artist with extensive experience in the animation and gaming industries. Currently employed at VOLTA since November 2022, Vanessa previously served as a Concept Artist Senior at Squeeze Studio Animation from May 2020 to November 2022, and as Art Director at Bishop Games from June 2017 to May 2020. Earlier in their career, Vanessa held the position of Lead 2D Environment Artist / 2D Artist at Frima from August 2012 to March 2017. Vanessa holds a degree in arts visuels with a focus on art and science of animation from Université Laval, completed in 2012, and has a diplôme d'études pré-universitaire in art and letters with a multimedia creation profile from collège mérici, obtained in 2009. Vanessa's educational background also includes studies at collège st-charles garnier from 2003 to 2007.
