Lauren Hilton

Lauren Hilton has a diverse work experience in various roles related to business development, marketing, and event coordination. Lauren is currently the Director of Business Development at Volta Insite since September 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Business Development at Aire Tech Mechanical Services from March 2020 to September 2023. In 2018, Lauren worked as the Director of Business Development at CPG, where they contributed to delivering efficient and reliable power solutions. Lauren also gained experience in event planning and marketing as Special Events Chair and Communications, Marketing & PR Chair at IFMA from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they worked at AirTight FaciliTech, a Service Logic company, holding various roles including Director of Business Development & Marketing, Director of Account Management, and Sales & Marketing Specialist. Lauren started their career in 2007 at NASCAR as an Engineering & Building Services Coordinator and later as an Event Planning Coordinator.

Lauren Hilton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport & Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina. Lauren attended Dorman High School for their secondary education.
