Rinat Donitza

Rinat Donitza currently serves as the VP of People & Culture at Volta Solar, a position held since March 2021. Prior experience includes serving as the VP of HR at the College of Management Academic Studies from February 2018 to October 2020, and as an HR Manager at SAP during a one-year assignment in 2016-2017, where involvement included negotiating a significant WOC agreement in the high-tech industry. Rinat's career also encompasses roles as HR Director at Verint from June 2012 to 2016, focusing on supporting managers with HR issues and implementing global work processes, as well as HR Manager at Eastman Kodak from June 2006 to June 2012, responsible for employee evaluations and management consulting. Earlier work as an HR Business Partner at Amdocs from July 1998 to January 2006 involved implementing HR policies and training needs assessments. Rinat Donitza earned a B.A. in Criminology and Sociology from Bar-Ilan University between 1991 and 1994.
