Zach Karl has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the digital marketing field. Zach is currently working at Voltage as a Digital Marketing Supervisor, where they manage a team specializing in search engine optimization and organic social media. In this role, they are responsible for developing processes to improve efficiency and profitability and guiding the training and career growth of team members. Prior to this, they served as a Senior SEO Specialist and Digital Marketing Strategist at Voltage.
Before joining Voltage, Zach worked as an Online Marketing Specialist at Ideaman, Inc. for three years. Zach also gained experience as a Copywriter at SCORR Marketing and as a Subsitute Teacher at Meramec Valley R-3 School District. Additionally, Zach had an intern role as a Student Affairs Intern at Northwest Missouri State University, where they were involved in creating marketing campaigns for various offices within Student Affairs.
Zach's passion for marketing and digital media can be traced back to their involvement as a member of the Northwest AdInk Advertising Club during their time at university.
Zach Karl has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in English from East Central Community College, which they obtained between 2010 and 2012. Zach later pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mass Media: Applied Advertising from Northwest Missouri State University between 2013 and 2015. In November 2015, Zach also obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot.
