Shailesh Parikh

Shailesh Parikh currently serves as the Corporate HR-ER-Corporate Services Head at Voltamp Transformers Limited since December 2023. Prior to this role, Shailesh Parikh held significant positions at Reliance Industries Limited, including ER IR Head of the Hazira Petrochemicals complex from September 2018 to December 2023 and Manager (HR) at the Vadodara Petrochemicals Complex from May 2006 to January 2017. Shailesh Parikh's experience also includes a tenure as Senior Manager (HR & Admin.) and HR Head of Manufacturing Site at Saurer Textile Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from January 2018 to September 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, a current study in Psychological First Aid at Johns Hopkins University, a Diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development, and a PG Diploma in HRD from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, along with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Sardar Patel University.
