Ragesh Ranjan

Ragesh Ranjan is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in plant HR, employee relations, and administration across various industries, including consumer durables, FMCG, wind power, and cement. Currently serving as Head of Factory HR & Administration at VoltasBeko since February 2023, Ragesh oversees end-to-end plant HR, employee relations, and administration. Prior experience includes roles as Factory HR Manager at Britannia Industries Limited and Assistant Manager of HRD at Wind World (India) Limited. Ragesh spent over 12 years as Sr Personnel Officer at Jaiprakash Associates Ltd., where expertise developed in manpower planning, employee welfare, and managing industrial relations in a unionized environment. Ragesh holds an MPMIR (MBA in HR) from Banaras Hindu University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with a focus on human resources management.
