Felipe Oliveira Carvalho

Felipe Oliveira Carvalho has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Felipe started their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Facebook in 2010, where they worked on the i18n team and developed an application to streamline the translation process for new Facebook projects. In 2012, they interned again at Facebook, this time working on the Pages Team, where they contributed to porting Personal Timeline to Pages and implemented the backend and frontend of Scheduled Posts for Pages.

After their internships at Facebook, Felipe joined Moobi Tech in 2015 as a Web Developer. In this role, they maintained and added features to the main web software offered by the company for their business clients. Felipe also guided the team and provided architectural solutions to deliver custom experiences to each client.

In 2016, Felipe joined Spotify as a Frontend Developer, where they worked until 2017. During this time, they transitioned to the role of Software Engineer on C++ Core Libraries, contributing to the development of Spotify's core libraries. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Senior Software Engineer, in which they continued to make significant contributions until their departure in 2022.

Felipe Oliveira Carvalho attended the Universidade Federal de Sergipe from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science.
