Alexander Loktionov has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Alexander is currently the founder of a partner company in Spain called VOLTS Ltd., where they are developing a residential energy storage system that combines solar panels, batteries, and a car charging station. Prior to this, they worked at Tech Garden Ventures as a partner and later as a portfolio manager, overseeing portfolio management, deal flow investment management, legal and valuation support, and customer development and sales process support. Alexander also has experience as a regional partner and co-founder at Seed Forum Global, where they organized investment trainings and forums in the CIS region and received an international award for their contribution to global investor networking and entrepreneurship. Additionally, they founded Loga Group and logavc.com, focusing on business development, marketing studies, technology transfer, and innovation. Earlier in their career, Alexander worked at BDO as a Senior Manager, specializing in strategic management and employee incentives systems, and at BMW and Volkswagen as an Associate, where they conducted research on procurement and risk assessment.

Alexander Loktionov obtained a Diploma in physics, with a specialization in physics teaching and entrepreneurship in English, from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Alexander completed this program from 1996 to 2001. Following this, Alexander pursued an MBA in International Management of Resources and Environment from TU Bergakademie Freiberg, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003.
