Dr. Jonathan Ngiam

Dr. Jonathan Ngiam is a highly experienced professional with a background in industrial research and operations. In 2020, they joined VoltShare as the Chief Operating Officer, where they are responsible for creating a comprehensive EV charging experience for homeowners and business owners. Prior to this, they worked at Xaar from 2013 to 2020, where they collaborated with the research and development team to streamline operational processes. During this time, they generated novel characterisation and analysis frameworks pertinent to lead zirconate titanate (PZT) material and inkjet printhead actuators. Dr. Jonathan also distilled complex technical information into actionable conclusions.

Dr. Jonathan Ngiam obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Imperial College London between 2016 and 2020. Dr. Jonathan also holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Materials Science from The University of Manchester, which they obtained between 2011 and 2015. In addition, Dr. Ngiam has obtained four certifications from LinkedIn and Codecademy in 2020, including Learning Power BI Desktop, Power BI Essential Training, How to Analyze Business Metrics with SQL Course, and Learn SQL Course.
