Michael Peither has a varied work experience, beginning in 2008 when they worked as a Temporary Employee for factory concept - strategic site & factory planning. From 2008 to 2011, they also worked as a Team Supervisor and Civil Service in a Workshop for Disabled People for Caritas Internationalis. In 2011, they completed an Internship in Research and Development for BMW, where they supported the process of putting prototype vehicles in operation with validating electric systems on pre-series production vehicles. Michael also monitored cell-balancing of the high voltage electric car battery system. In 2012, they completed an Internship in Electronics Development for BMW of North America, LLC, and also completed a Thesis on Hydraulic extension to the thermal simulation of vehicles in Dymola/Simulink at Technical University Munich. In 2013, they worked as a Business Relationship Management for BMW. From 2014 to present, they have served as a Founder & CTO for VoltStorage, and also as a Student Project Business Development for KONUX.
Michael Peither received their Abitur from Gymnasium Olching in 2008. Michael then went on to earn their Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Technical University of Munich in 2012. Michael concluded their education with a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from TUM School of Management in 2016.
