Shea Mullins

Shea Mullins is currently working as a Sales Director at Voltus since July 2023. Prior to this, Shea worked as an EVSE Sales Specialist at Rexel USA from October 2022 to July 2023. At Rexel USA, Shea was responsible for working closely with the marketing, ESCO, and sales team on EVSE deals. Before that, Shea served as an Account Executive at Box from February 2022 to October 2022, where they exceeded quota for Q1 and Q2 and closed a 6-figure deal in Q1. Shea also worked as a Federal Accounts Representative at Box from January 2021 to February 2022, achieving 154% meeting quota and generating $1.9M in pipeline. Prior to their civilian career, Shea served in the US Army as a Field Artillery Officer from May 2016 to May 2021, where they served as the first in command of over 45 personnel and implemented initiatives to streamline applicant processing and increase enlistments.

Shea Mullins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Design and Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2016. In 2026, Shea completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
