Andy Fisher

Andy Fisher is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in structural engineering and product systems. Currently serving as the Director of Product Systems at Volumetric Building Companies since September 2022 and as the Director of Structural Engineering at Rule 30 Structural since July 2021, Andy has held several significant positions throughout a diverse career. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at RAD Urban, Principal at Stantec, and Associate Principal at Buro Happold. Early career experiences involved project management and engineering roles at Unintech, Integrated Design Engineers, and Ove Arup & Partners HK Ltd, where notable contributions include the structural design of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Headquarters. Andy holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
