Pam Robinson

Pam Robinson has been serving as a Project Manager at Volunteering Matters since September 2016, focusing on collaborative projects with voluntary and charity organizations in Newcastle. Key achievements include the development of a Volunteer Passport Scheme and the creation of a Good Practice toolkit aimed at improving volunteer management, particularly for older adults and individuals with dementia, commissioned by Newcastle City Council. Prior to this role, Pam has experience as a Volunteer Coordinator and support worker at Creative Support.
