Jessica Zammit

Jessica Zammit is an experienced professional in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Innovation and Development Lead at Volunteering Victoria since October 2023. Jessica is also the founder of Today Co., a consultancy aimed at assisting not-for-profits. Previously, Jessica held various roles including Philanthropy Manager at ygap, where responsibilities included proposal development and donor strategy, and Program Manager for COVID-19 Programs at the Department of Jobs Precincts and Regions, overseeing significant funding initiatives. Jessica's earlier career includes strategic positions at the Australian Federation of Disability Organisations and Blind Citizens Australia, focusing on workforce participation and policy advocacy. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Media and Communications from Swinburne University and participation in Leadership Victoria's Williamson Community Leadership Program, Jessica combines educational background with extensive stakeholder engagement and program management expertise.
