Sara Sterling, PLV, has extensive experience in program management and volunteer operations, currently serving as State Programs Manager and Sector Development Manager at Volunteering Victoria since January 2018. Previously, Sara held roles at La Trobe University as a Part-time Lecturer in Volunteer Management and worked as a HIPPY Australia Consultant at Brotherhood of St Laurence. Earlier positions include Volunteer Operations Coordinator and Administrator at The Smith Family, Public Affairs Officer at FaHCSIA, and participation in a graduate program at the Department of Families Housing Community Services. Sara Sterling holds a Master's degree in Social Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Socio-Legal Studies, Public Policy, and Italian from the University of Melbourne.
