Rachel Currie Triska

Rachel Currie Triska is an accomplished leader in the field of volunteerism and community engagement. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of VolunteerNow since February 2023, Rachel oversees one of the largest volunteer centers in the United States, mobilizing over 300,000 volunteers annually in North Texas. Previously, Rachel held the position of Vice President of External Affairs at CitySquare, where efforts to combat poverty spanned 18 programs across 469 zip codes. As Designer in Residence at Southern Methodist University, Rachel provided guidance in Human Centered Design while also leading Life in Deep Ellum for over a decade, recognized for innovative community-driven initiatives. Additionally, Rachel contributed to Christianity Today as a writer on faith and culture. Educationally, Rachel holds a Master of Divinity from Evangel University and has completed Master’s studies in Asian Theological Issues & Contextualization at Asia Pacific Theological Seminary.
