Michael Hare

Michael Hare is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and financial coaching. Currently serving as a Financial Coach at Volunteers of America Colorado, Michael supports veterans and their families in achieving financial stability. Previous roles include Fellow in the Age-Friendly Workplace Initiative at Changing the Narrative, and VP of Operations at Eos Group, Inc. and Prizm Group, Inc., where Michael managed large teams and developed strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Additional experience includes leadership positions focused on product development and business intelligence. Michael holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Colorado State University and a Master's degree in Philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Political Science and Government from The George Washington University.
