Rachel Flores has over 20 years of experience in administrative and compliance roles within various organizations. Currently serving as a Community Administrator at Volunteers of America Colorado since June 2018, Rachel previously held the position of Business Office Manager at Grand Villa Assisted Living from September 2017 to June 2018. Prior to that, Rachel worked as a Compliance Coordinator at Rocky Mountain Communities for 12 years, from August 2005 to August 2017, and began their career as a Payroll Assistant at the University of Wyoming from June 2003 to August 2004.
