Nancy Young Phr

Nancy Young, PHR, SHRM-CP is an experienced Benefits Analyst with a strong background in optimizing benefits processes and enhancing employee communication. At Volunteers of America Los Angeles since February 2021, Nancy serves as Benefits Analyst II. Previously, Nancy worked at TPx as a Benefits Analyst and Human Resources Specialist, where contributions included managing annual enrollment processes and streamlining leave administration, resulting in significant efficiency improvements. Earlier experience includes roles as a Benefits Administrator and Employee Benefits Administrator at organizations such as World Vision International, where Nancy successfully implemented an online benefits enrollment system and refined leave request processes. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Harvey Mudd College.
