Aubrey Macfarlane

Aubrey Macfarlane serves as the President and CEO of Volunteers of America Michigan since January 2023. Prior to this role, Aubrey held various leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at JVS Detroit from May 2020 to January 2023, and Executive Director of the Livonia Public Schools Education Foundation for a brief period in early 2020. Additional experience includes senior roles at PeopleApps, Inc. and Beacon Specialized Living. Aubrey's extensive background also encompasses leadership as President & CEO of Kennedy-Donovan Center from 2014 to 2018 and various executive roles at The May Institute and Judson Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology from the University of Michigan.
