Russell Irby

Russell Irby possesses extensive experience in behavioral health and mental health. Currently serving as a Quality Improvement Coordinator at Volunteers of America North Louisiana since February 2022, Russell has also held the role of Mental Health Professional. Prior to this role, Russell worked as a Trauma Informed Care Specialist and Mental Health Specialist at SEEDLINKS BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT, LLC from July 2020 to February 2022. Russell's military background includes a tenure in the US Army from February 2006 to May 2014, where roles included Senior Intelligence Analyst, All Source Analyst/Command Briefer, and Intelligence Analyst, with significant contributions in strategic intelligence production and training. Russell earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Alabama between August 2014 and May 2017.
