Sophia Hiland

Sophia Hiland has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sophia has worked as an Executive Coordinator and Board Liaison for Volunteers of America of Minnesota and Wisconsin since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Executive Assistant to the President at TPT - Twin Cities PBS from August 2012 to May 2022. Sophia also worked as a Partner Relations Associate at the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation from July 2008 to July 2012. Before that, they owned and managed a home-based catalog business called Boutique Sophia from July 2005 to July 2008. Sophia's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Support Services at Children's Home Society & Family Services from September 1994 to July 2005, where they were responsible for strategic planning, office management, and staff supervision.

Sophia Hiland has obtained a Certificate in Executive Assistant/Executive Secretary from Inver Hills Community College. Sophia also holds a Certificate in Graphic and Printing Equipment Operator, General Production from Saint Paul College-A Community and Technical College.
