David Osborne

David Osborne has extensive experience in the field of information technology and management. David began their career as a Tech Support Manager at Fathom Technologies in 1991. In 1993, they joined Epic USA as a Senior Project Manager. From 1999 to 2008, they served as the Chief Information Officer at Minnesota Masonic Homes. Currently, they are working as the Chief Information and Technology Officer at Volunteers of America, where they previously held the position of Vice President of Information Resources and Technology from 2008 to 2021.

From 1984 to 1988, David Osborne attended The University of Edinburgh, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Science.
