Heather Belden

Heather Belden is a Marketing Specialist at Volusia County Government since March 2022, bringing extensive experience in event management and marketing. Previously, Heather served in various roles at the Florida Region of USA Volleyball from March 2012 to October 2020, including Sr. Events Manager and Events Manager, overseeing all indoor and beach volleyball events. Prior to this, Heather worked at the University of Florida from November 2010 to March 2012 as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, contributing to sales support and social media campaigns. Heather began a career in promotions as an intern at Cox Media Group in 2010. Heather holds a B.S. in Telecommunication-Management and a minor in Communication Studies from the University of Florida, completed in 2011.
