Ian York

Ian York has experience as an Emergency Medical Responder and Beach Safety Ocean Rescue Lifeguard for the County of Volusia since May 2022, where responsibilities include rescuing individuals during medical emergencies and water rescue scenarios at New Smyrna Beach. In a prior role as a Financial Accounting Intern at Capital City Bank Group, Inc. from May 2024 to July 2024, Ian supported the Bank Controller and Treasury Financial Analyst, preparing spreadsheets for SEC external reports and annual financial statements. Ian is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Information Systems with a minor in Computer Science at Florida State University, expected to graduate in May 2026, after completing high school at DeLand High School in June 2022.
