Tabatha Freedman

Tabatha Freedman, MBA, NIGP-CPP, CPPO, CPPB, is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in public sector procurement. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Analyst for Volusia County Government since June 2021, Freedman previously held the position of Assistant Manager, Purchasing - IT at the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority from March 2020 to June 2021. Earlier in their career, Freedman worked with Volusia County Government from January 2008 to March 2020 in various roles, including Senior Procurement Analyst and Procurement Analyst II. Freedman holds a Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, complemented by studies at the University of Glasgow.
