Molly Hudson

Molly Iloh-Hudson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Legislative Affairs and Human Resources Director at Volusia Sheriff's Office since June 2019. Additionally, Molly has been providing HR consultancy services since June 2014, advising staff and management on various human resources issues and collaborating with HR team members to achieve organizational objectives. Previously, Molly held positions including Employment Manager at County of Volusia from January 2016 to June 2019, Director of People Development at Parkway Properties for one year, and Regional VP of HR at Mercedes Homes Inc for nearly a decade. Early career experiences include HR Consultant at Florida Hospital and Resourcing Director at CIBC. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication and Human Resources from Rollins College.
