Michelle Dettman

Michelle Dettman has a diverse work experience spanning over 24 years. Michelle currently holds the position of Group Head of HR at Volution Group plc since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ConvaTec where they held several roles including VP HR Continence Care Business Unit and Global Finance/IT from February 2020 to August 2021, VP HR Group Corporate Functions from March 2019 to January 2020, and Sr. Director HR, Global Finance & IT from October 2017 to March 2019. Before joining ConvaTec, they worked at Sandoz, where they held roles such as Head HR Global and Commercial Functions Biopharmaceuticals from April 2017 to September 2017, Head HR TechOps Biopharmaceuticals and Oncology Injectables from January 2012 to September 2014, and Head HR TechOps India from January 2010 to January 2012. In addition, they worked as a Global Talent Manager at Sandoz International GmbH, Germany from April 2007 to September 2009, and as an HR Manager at Sandoz Pvt Ltd, India from January 2005 to April 2007. Michelle Dettman pursued their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Mumbai, completing it between 1992 and 1997. Later, they enrolled in SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) to earn a Masters in Human Resource Management, which they successfully achieved from 2001 to 2004.
