Katarzyna Dembska is an experienced professional in entrepreneurship, food sustainability, and nutrition, currently serving as a Judge at MassChallenge Switzerland since April 2024. Dembska has held prominent roles such as Catalyst Program Director and Manager at the Global Entrepreneurship Centre, leading accelerator programs for international startups and building partnerships. An accomplished researcher, Dembska managed flagship projects at the Barilla Foundation and contributed significantly to the Food Sustainability Index in collaboration with the Economist Impact. Dembska also served as a Nutrition Advisor for the European Commission's SU-EATABLE project, promoting healthy eating in various canteens. Dembska’s teaching experience includes positions at JAMK University of Applied Sciences and international institutions.
