Mikael Broman

Mikael Broman has a significant work experience in the construction equipment industry. Mikael spent the majority of their career at Volvo Construction Equipment, where they held various managerial positions. From 2010 to present, they have served as the Head of Customer Cluster Production Plus, responsible for overseeing operations. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2022, they were the Head of Engineering, leading the strategic engineering initiatives. From 2012 to 2017, they served as the Global Director E&E and Services, with responsibilities for technology and a team of around 800 employees. Additionally, from 2010 to 2012, they were the Director of the Jinan Tech Centre in China. Before joining Volvo Construction Equipment, Mikael Broman worked as a Manager in the WL product platform from 2008 to 2010, as well as in various R&D managerial positions in the electrical and electronic systems divisions from 2002 to 2008.

Mikael Broman received an MSc in Mechanics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology between 1991 and 1996.
