Taciane Skora has extensive work experience in the automotive industry, specifically with Volvo. Taciane began their career in 2007 as a student intern at Volvo Group and continued to hold various roles within the company, including production programming analyst and brand management. In 2013, they joined Volvo Trucks and worked in marketing, communication, and market surveys. Taciane then moved to Volvo Group in 2017 and gained experience in customer experience. In 2019, Taciane joined Volvo Trucks North America and held the positions of customer satisfaction strategy manager and director of strategy and governance.
Taciane Skora received a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, which they completed from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at FAE Centro Universitário in 2009. Taciane subsequently earned another Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from ISAE, which they completed in 2010 and 2011.
