Kristen Lloyd

Kristen Lloyd is an experienced facilities management professional with a diverse background in managing high-profile environments across various sectors. Currently serving as the Workplace Experience Lead at Volvo Cars since October 2020, Kristen previously held multiple significant roles, including Senior Project Manager for Hospitality at MAG (Airports Group) and Facilities Manager for Airport Lounges at Etihad Airways, where responsibilities included overseeing a global portfolio and managing multimillion-dollar budgets. Additional experience includes Facilities Services Manager at the Royal Bank of Canada, Assistant Facilities Manager at EMI Music, and early roles at Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh. Kristen holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Anthropology and History of Art and Architecture from the University of Pittsburgh.
