Sandra Alenius

Sandra Alenius is an experienced executive in global customer care and service delivery, currently serving as VP Uptime at Volvo Cars since March 2021. Previously, Sandra held the title of VP and Head of Customer Service Delivery at Telia Company, overseeing a team of approximately 2,200 employees. At Klarna, as VP of the Service Center, Sandra was responsible for global customer service and support.
