Rafael D'Angelo Machado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various industries. Currently, Rafael serves as Co-Founder at Vom since October 2023, following a tenure as Managing Director at Brasa Capital and Business Unit Head at Solfácil. Previously, Rafael held the position of COO at Tempo Assist, managing a large-scale operation with over 1,500 employees and a vast network of service providers, while focusing on innovation and cost-quality balance. Rafael has also contributed to ADVISIA OC&C Strategy Consultants as an Associate Partner and has held positions in strategic planning at USIMINAS, alongside various roles at Accenture and early experience in academia as a University Researcher.
