Steve C.

Steve C. has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Steve started their career in 1986 as a Master Instructor at Steve Cox Martial Arts, where they taught various forms of martial arts like Muy Thai kickboxing, tae kwon do, jujitsu Taejuki, and Krav Maga. During this time, Steve empowered both adults and children, conducting women's self-defense seminars and implementing bully-proof programs for kids.

In 2003, Steve joined Quality Metal Products Inc. as a Disposition Manager, QC Tech, Calibration Tech, and Internal Auditor. Steve'sresponsibilities included managing the warehouse, inspecting and handling nonconforming material, and performing internal quality inspections. Steve also handled tool calibration.

After working in Quality Metal Products Inc., Steve transitioned to GCA Services Group in 2014, where they served as an Account Manager and Safety Coordinator. Steve demonstrated their expertise in managing accounts and coordinating safety training.

In 2017, Steve shifted to GCA services group an ABM company as a Project Manager and Safety Coordinator. Steve was responsible for obtaining new business and developing and managing project teams. Additionally, Steve conducted safety training and planned special projects in the Peoria and surrounding areas.

Following their time at GCA services group an ABM company, Steve joined Caterpillar Inc. in 2017 as a Certified Contamination Control Auditor.

Continuing their career progression, Steve joined 4-M Building Solutions in 2019 as a Campus/Project Manager, overseeing projects on campuses.

Currently, Steve is working at Vonachen Group as a Special Services Manager/Safety Manager, where they utilize their skills and expertise in managing special services and ensuring safety standards. Steve has recently taken on the role of Director of Business Development.

Overall, Steve has gained valuable experience in various industries, including martial arts, manufacturing, facility services, and project management, showcasing their adaptability and passion for continuous growth.

Steve C. attended Illinois Central College from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Certificate in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning).
