Heather Davidson

Heather Davidson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in HR systems and operations. Currently serving as the VP of HR Systems & Analytics at Vonage since October 2016, Heather oversees the implementation and management of HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and global payroll systems, integrating multiple acquisitions and enhancing HR processes. Prior roles include Sr. Director, HR Systems and Operations at Vonage, Global HRIS Director and HR Operations Manager at Nexmo, and Global HR Operations Coordinator at TPG Capital. Heather began their career as a Senior Associate at Public Financial Management and an Executive Assistant at cilajet. Heather holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
