Bastian W.

Bastian W. has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Bastian started their career as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company in 2005. Bastian then joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2006 and worked there until 2011. During this time, they gained experience in management consulting.

In 2010, Bastian joined Winkenbach Keramik GmbH as a Member of the Management Board and Restructuring Officer. Bastian stayed with the company for a year before moving on to RUCO Printing Inks, A. M. Ramp & Co. GmbH in 2011. At RUCO, they held the position of Corporate Development, Head of Purchasing and IT, Registered Manager until 2016.

In 2016, Bastian joined AURELIUS Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA as a Manager Operations, and in 2017, they founded VENIMECO CONSULTING GMBH and became the Managing Director.

In 2018, they obtained the certification of Certified Data Scientist Specialized in Deep Learning & Time Series Forecasting from Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. The following year, they became a Rapidminer Ambassador. In 2020, Bastian achieved both the certification of Certified Data Scientist Specialized in Deep Learning & Semantic Text Mining from Fraunhofer and the KNIME Advanced Proficiency (L2) certification from KNIME. Bastian also holds the Tableau Desktop Qualified Associate certification from Tableau Software, though the specific year of attainment is unknown.
