Philip Grosse

Philip Grosse has a strong background in finance and real estate. Philip is currently working as the CFO at Vonovia since 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at Deutsche Wohnen Gruppe, including Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to 2022 and Managing Director of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations from 2015 to 2016. Philip also served as the Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations at GSW Immobilien AG in 2014 and as the Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Deutsche Wohnen Gruppe in 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked at Credit Suisse as a Manager in ECM Germany/Austria from 2000 to 2012.

Philip Grosse began their education in 1991 at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, where they pursued a Diploma in Business Administration. Philip successfully completed this program in 1996. Additionally, in 1993 and 1994, they attended the European Business Management School in Swansea, UK. During their time at this institution, Philip focused on Banking & Finance and Accounting, although they did not receive a specific degree in these fields.
