Dr. Susanna Voges

Dr. Susanna Voges has a varied work experience. Dr. Susanna began their career as an Intern at INERIS in 2001. In 2002, they became a Researcher at Technische Universität Hamburg. In 2007, they joined BASF, where they held various positions such as Plant Manager, Production Manager, Incubation Manager, Senior Regional Manager Chemical Engineering Asia Pacific, Research Manager, and Research Engineer. In 2021, they moved to Sun Chemical as a Plant Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as the Director of Operations at Voovio.

Dr. Susanna Voges began their educational journey in 1997 when they attended Hamburg University of Technology, where they obtained a Dipl.-Ing. in Verfahrenstechnik in 2002. In 2000-2001, they attended École des Mines de Saint-Étienne for Génie des procédés. In 2001, they completed a student research project at Massey University in Process Engineering. Finally, Dr. Voges returned to Hamburg University of Technology and obtained their Dr. Ing in Verfahrenstechnik in 2007. In addition to their formal education, Dr. Voges has obtained two additional certifications: Systemische Organisationsentwicklung - Kompakt from wispo AG in 2022, and the Hamburger VDI Preis 2004 from VDI e.V.
