Gabriel Novo has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries.
In 2010, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Idea Integration, leading migration projects for Georgia State University and SeaWorld & Busch Gardens. Gabriel served as a Senior Consultant at Client Solution Architects from 2012 to 2013, where they contributed to the Defense Logistics Agency's Active Directory Domain Restructuring/Consolidation project.
From 2014 to 2015, Gabriel worked as a Service Delivery Manager at Microsoft, specializing in Microsoft Cloud Services for prestigious public sector customers.
In 2018, they joined Havas as a Technical Support Manager, handling support engagement for a multinational organization and coordinating with development teams for feature requests and emergency support.
Gabriel co-founded Haven Publishing, LLC in 2011, where they served until 2016. Gabriel then co-founded Caffeine & Ink in 2016 and currently holds an ongoing board advisory role from January 2022. At Caffeine & Ink, they served as the Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief, focusing on publishing genre novels, graphic novels, and children's books with a commitment to diverse voices and representation.
In 2021, Gabriel took on various roles. Gabriel worked as a Staff Writer at Unicorn Magazine under Bi Pride UK and served as a Guest Host for the third season of the Two Bi Guys podcast. Gabriel also created and hosted their own podcast called Late to the Game.
Presently, Gabriel is the Head of Technical Support at Vorboss, a role they started in July 2022.
