Arnold Bouwman

Arnold Bouwman has a diverse work experience in the technology and recruitment industries. Arnold is currently the CTO and co-founder of Vormats, a company that specializes in mobile video creation and helps users easily create impactful videos. Prior to this, Arnold worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as an IT Development Manager, where they developed the vision, strategy, and roadmap for social, collaboration, and communication platforms for over 25,000 users. Arnold also served as the Manager of IT Services and a Consultant for IT Solutions & Services at the bank. Before joining ABN AMRO, Arnold worked at Squerist as an IT Developer and at Iduet as a Tech Recruiter.

Arnold Bouwman has a diverse education history spanning from 2005 to 2018. In 2005-2008, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN). In 2007, they also obtained a degree in NIMA Marketing B from NIMA Marketing. In 2013, Arnold received certification as a Prince II Foundation from Prince II. In the same year, they also became a Certified Contract Management Associate from the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management. Continuing their educational journey, in 2014, they completed IBM Licensing training from Insight Enterprise and Microsoft licensing training from Insights Enterprise. In 2014, they attended De Baak and completed a course on "Persoonlijke effectiviteit in onderhandelen" (Personal Effectiveness in Negotiation). In 2015, they pursued a course on "ENS Onderhandelen en Beinvloeden" (ENS Negotiation and Influence) from Hovingh & Partners. In 2016, Arnold pursued Scrum Professional | Product Owner from Scrum.org and IT Product Management from Product Focus. Over the years, they also attended various courses at UX Academy, specializing in User Experience Design. In 2017, they completed a course on "User Experience Design | Basics," followed by "User Experience Design | Prototyping" and "User Experience Design | Advanced," both in 2018.
