Luis Ferreira da Silva is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in information technology and management. Currently serving as Director of Information Technology for Western Europe at VORTAL Connecting Business since August 2023, Luis previously held multiple roles at EDP, including DevOps Manager and Collaboration Platforms Manager, focusing on GDPR implementations and collaboration tools management. Luis began a career at Microsoft as a Premier Support Engineer and has also worked in various engineering and support positions across multiple organizations, including CPCis and Caixa Geral de Depósitos. Luis holds degrees in Multimedia Engineering and Business Engineering from ISTEC and Instituto Superior Técnico, respectively.
